Green juice could be very hard to drink, especially for first timers. To help reduce the bitterness of the greens, try adding some fruits like lemons and apples! It could definitely make the juice taste better and don’t forget the additional vitamin C.

  Exactly – adding a little fruit truly can mellow a vegetable drink out. Bananas do wonders! They can make a spinach drink taste like a sweet milkshake. And, organic Fuji apples (the regular Fujis don’t seems to have the flavor of our local organic Fujis) can add a delicate almost cinnomony flavor. Some people like to add a pitted date. (Be sure to remove the pits! : )
